Bridgewater Place

This is a high rise new build city centre development. When it was completed in 2007, Bridgewater Place was, at 30 storeys, the tallest occupied building in the North of England.  The top 20 floors were developed for residential use by K W Linfoot PLC and provided 200 apartments, most of which offered panoramic views over Leeds and beyond.

Gilfillan Associates carried out enhanced performance designs, contractor design portion checks and site supervision for the mechanical and electrical services for all apartments and common parts, including lifts.

Completion: 2008
